Open Form >Help >Window Help> Not returning any value

Issue :

when trying to open window help details.

Open form >Help>Window Help> Not returning any value.

Solution:

Basically it is because of the profile option “Applications Help Web Base URL” is not having correct value. Please update the profile option as below:

Correct value:http://<applicatio_host>:<port>/OA_HTML/
